Shea & Cocoa Butters with Apricot Kernel Oil
Arizona's rich biodiversity includes 25 species of native amphibians (24 of which are frog or toad species) and only one species of salamander (the tiger salamander).
The Sonoran Desert Toad lives in the ground, making an appearance after monsoon rains. Usually this only happens from late May through September, but they can be found throughout the year if you look hard enough!
To dogs, these toads are quite toxic as the toads secrete an extremely potent toxin that are released from several glands. Dogs are usually affected quite dramatically with their psychotropic venom after mouthing a toad. It's important to get your dog to a veterinarian if they contact these toads!
But, there is nothing toxic about our tribute soap! You'll love these adorable little frogs sitting atop lily pads in a cool blue swirl of water.
Our Desert Toad soap features protective cocoa and shea butters, along with the rich, ultra-moisturizing Apricot Kernel oil.
The fragrance is a river-like scents with notes include bergamot, orange, sparkling cassis, deep sea water, hyacinth, blue lilies, lemon zest, patchouli, and seaweed.
We are also happy to include this soap in any of our gift kits.
